Fruits with Mascarpone and Delicious Chocolate
100 g sugar;
125 ml milk;
2 sheets of gelatin;
250 g mascarpone;
100 g of whipped cream;
100 g of strawberries, 100 g raspberries;
150 g black chocolate (optional for decoration).
Method of preparation:
Prepare a cream with the egg yolks, sugar and milk. Off the heat, add the gelatin soaked in water. Mix and let cool until the cream is warm, not hot. Add some curd and mix until it’s well blended, then cool at 22 ºC. Finally add the whipped cream. Put fruits in cups…about a quarter cup. Finish filling the cups with the mousse. Break up the chocolate and melt it in your microwave oven to flow fine for garnishing. The chocolate layer should be thin for breaking easily with a spoon.
